Nice boat. By the way is the beach public or not where you take the fotos from? I am asking because it is directly in front of the houses, not that you get into any trouble
It's private/public...not sure how to explain it more. I usually have to scale across boulders underneath the causeway especially when the tide is high...can't wade through the water with the camera equipment/tripod. Trouble? no!
Psychedelic Great night shots YN! Thanks for risking life and limb and even possible arrest to complete your mission!!! The way her name plate colors change on queue is so psychedelic! The whole yacht creates quite a light show!! It is wonderful how designers have figured out ways to make yachts look as beautiful at night as they do during the day and in some cases even more so.
If you look in post 616 you can see the beach by the bridge. By law there are no private beaches in Barbados... period. The private property only begins at the highest water mark on the beach. Yes, some "small minded and selfish" property owners work really hard to make access to some beaches difficult but once you get to the beach.. nothing they can do about it... they have to deal with the "locals"... "oh the horror".... In fact the new marina development has taken over a public beach and appears to create a beach that is impossible to get to on either side (they have learnt from their "mistake" with the bridge). Hence, I encourage everyone with a boat to storm this "new beach" from the seaside.... PSC has motion sensors all along the beach at the shrub line. So do NOT stray there.. you will have a big problem. Yacht News is not doing anything illegal... the homeowners well that is another story.
Lol, I know I am not doing anything Illegal. I am down there all the time taking the pics you see here.
Are these Flickr: yachtpictures' Photostream the photos your are talking about? In any case there are some beautiful shots of some iconic and talked about yachts in this photostream.
Yes that page belongs to the same person but that is their first page and not their current page. This is YachtPictures' current page on FlickR Flickr: yachtpictures5's Photostream
Yes, they take some really nice photos, better than me in my opinion but they have a slightly better camera than I do so it is expected.
"Ziacanaia" finally left Port St. Charles marina after being here for months on end. She is now in St. Lucia off the Smuggler's Cove Resort.
Look who strolled in to Port St. Charles Marina this morning in the DEAD of Summer. The brand new "Arianna".
