Both different. Hokulani can accommodate 10 Gusts and O'Khalila can have 12 Gusts. Both launched at Cayman Islands in 2007. You can get more info from here.

..yeah its expensive! to get it done right, it'll actually cost about 5.5-6m

to take 9 pax (+2) with a loaded weight of only 3600 kg makes it a great heli for a yacht.

It is similarly priced to the Bell 429 (about $500k less) and is about same weights. However, carrying capacity is 6 pax (+2) with the Bell...
(Yeah, I like EC :D ) My favorite of course is Sikorsky, the best heli's ever.

Thank you everyone who is posting yacht pics of Gibraltar! Almost a decade since being there, and I am enjoying these photos greatly!

She is probably the 4th of the series recently launched looking for a new owner. Megayacht News ? EXCLUSIVE: Moonen 97 Yacht Video

Maybe on her way to Monaco for the show? Exhibitor research result

Sorry the link did not work as intended, click search, put in moonen and it will find their listing showing the 97.
