In this case it stands for "Springer Spaniel". The owner's dog.

This coming Sunday there'll be a nice 1981 56 Hat there, Valhalla. This will be my first stop in St. Michaels. Anybody know of a good place to get a hamburger there? ( I know. They're known for crab. Hey I'm an Irishman who doesn't drink and a boater who doesn't eat fish. What can I tell ya.):D

But, do you enjoy swimming? :)

The burgers are pretty good at the Town Dock Restaurant adjacent to the St Michaels Marina, and also at the Harbour Lights Restaurant adjacent to the Harbour Inn Marina. So either side of the harbor has a decent burger. I hear that the burgers are good at Carpenter Street Saloon located on the main drag in town. Enjoy. The weather forecast appears to be flawless for the next week or so.
