Yacht Manufactured in Estonia

Hi, Everybody! I’m trying to find what kind of yacht model is this, maybe You guys who have a good eye will know something more. The thing what I know its manufactured in Estonia in 1986. Year. There arent so many of them i guess, two are in Latvia and five in SaintPeterburg. The name of it includes something like 1/4T. I want to see how the inside of the yacht looked originally
