    Hi There,

I am looking for documents relating to yachts.

For example charter contracts, sale and purchase contracts etc..

Basically anything and everything in documentation regarding the yachting industry has interest.

Anyone here who can help? :)

    Hi,

Not sure why you want these docs- Is your interest legitimate?

Suggest you contact a Broker near where you are establish your identity and your interest and they should help you out if you are not trying to cut their lunch.

Failing that BIMCO has a generic series of contracts but not much that applies to yachting as most people know it.

You'll probably have to go to a maritime attorney or several different sources; i.e. several charter and sales brokers (as each will have a somewhat different contract depending on their attorney and location), the government documentation offices in each country, etc., etc.

You can find several forms and contracts relating to yachting at www.docstoc.com/

I noticed there were harbor/slip contracts, charter contract and several others.

    Thank you very much.

Are there any standard contracts or do they all vary from country to contry?

Sales contracts are different in every country and can even change from state to state within the same country. Now you know why there are so many lawyers.
