Maybe sportfishing boats need to be redesigned with a planing transom to prevent sinking while backing down.:D

That would work:D You know, the worst part about the marlin sinking the boat story wasn't losing the boat and the marlin: it was that someone got the whole on film.:D The captain will never live this one down.

The captain admitted the top of the mast hit the ice.

Pull the other one! Can't believe anyone would take the ship through there.

    You are kidding right??

Ha ha, I think you're right. The skipper probably just stuck the nose in and then bottled out of it.

    See what you think.

We've all seen (at least on video) glaciers calving. In that picture I see that fisure on the left side and running half-way across the top of the tunnel, and the one running straight up above the center and think that was completely nuts. But very, very cool. Doubt I'd be able to resist either. True adventurers. As I look at that pic all I can think of is how utterly thrilled I'd have been to be on that ship.

I agree, crazy and exhilarating at the same time.

The skipper prolly knows more than we do.
No way he'd put his ship and crew in danger for giggles....right ?

Although I have no doubts that he knows more than myself you did catch the words "uncharted tunnel". I think what he knows is how to draw on his guts and sense of adventure. One of those moves like "Whacked Out Sports" where my wife always comments: "Notice it's always a guy doing that stuff?" as he skis off a jump into the front of a truck going down the highway.:) except with a bit more smarts involved.

The name of airport Zurich is "Kloten" .........that doesn't mean anything in english, but in dutch it is the word for the male testicles!!!
So sometimes I have to go to that airport and my friends always look at me in a weird way when i tell them i have to go to Kloten!
