   Apparently this happened about a month ago. Appears to be a Westport 130’ being towed up New River. At first I thought it was AI because the tugs were absolutely flying…!

   At the time, it appeared that the captain or mate was opening the enclosure on the flybridge and accidentally bumped the controls. I think there was another video showing what happened on the bridge.
