Has anyone used West Coast Electronics in Seattle lately? I sent my Robertson AP200DL in for a repair just about a month ago and have not heard anything back from them. Prior to sending the unit in they would respond with an email inquiry within an hour. Sent an email to inquire about repairs but no response.

    Thank you

No number. All correspondence has been by email. Before sending the unit they were quick to respond with technical help and troubleshooting. Found their name thru several boating sites from satisfied customers who used them before. I have had no luck in finding a number.

Thank you, was able to speak to Rich directly. Not sure why they don't have their number listed on their site for Robertson repairs.

    Again, thank you

Update; West Coast Electronics brought my circa 1987 Robertson AP200DL autopilot control head back to fully functional. A thing of beauty.
