    I tried that. There's not enough time in the day! Also tried AWS/Sendy. Worst experience ever! Sticking with XenForo's internal mail system. If you spend all day, every day working in these programs, then it's a reasonable endeavor but I don't have that kind of time.

    Too many hats. Not enough gray matter.

    hehe - i use mailcow, an opensource mailserver, pretty easy admin stuff. but if you only want to send stuff, maybe try something like smtp2go - from what i've heard they're pretty easy to setup.

    Thank you, but I don't think it's correct to say that I hibernated.
    If anything, the opposite: I'm dealing with a very hot Sardinian summer and a lot of boating, hence with little time left for forums.
    And I have a funny feeling that around here everyone will excuse me for that! :)

    I don't know enough about computers, nor the internet to give any intelligent reply to your issues.
    It seems to be working OK for me with my Win11 laptop and T-mobile wireless connection (cell tower)
