Last year I purchased a 2008 54' Viking convertible from the original owner. I had a small list of items I needed to replace, little things like a cabinet latch etc... In addition, I could not figure out how to remove a particular AC filter.

I sent an email this morning with my boats build number and within an hour I had an email listing all the parts and prices as well as a video on how to remove the filter!

In this day and age of rampant poor or no customer service, it is refreshing to see Viking doing it right!!

I agree, Viking has good customer service as well as Hatteras, Cabo, and the best in the SF market I've encountered was Carolina Classic. They sent a new owner of a 6 year old boat, free parts everytime he had a problem.
