Thank you for your time and thoughts.
Yes please, If you do trip over it again, Please let me know.

In closing my shop and throwing lots (AND LOTS) of parts and equipment out the door, I was amazed at my Rat-Packing ability; I found 2, new in box, power tubes for those old Pierce-Simpson 6 and 12 crystal VHF sets. I used to keep a lot of those radios going with the phone styled mic.
Just wish I could have kept one as a battle radio phone for my self. Just thought they would always be around, till click, one day they were not.

    Stay well and safe

You got me. I want one, too. I have one allegedly coming from Bluesat Solutions. I'll circle back and let you know how it shakes out. I hope it comes with a wire schematic so that I can tweak the setup if needed. I'm wondering if the switch will bypass the handset and send the speaker back to the unit, or if there will need to be an external speaker added. We'll see...

I'm sitting here this morning thinking through the freak tweaking of the handset upon its arrival. It seems to me that implementing a multipoint contactor into the switch mechanism wiring might be the ticket to accomplishing the goal. With any luck the purchase comes with a schematic...

I don’t have good news. Went home this week (it was cool and rainy here) and looked where I thought I may have put the mic but it was not there.
I will however put some feelers out around here to see if anyone might have one. I am certain there are some pack rats around here too.

Now that is cool. Never noticed a Furuno like that before.
I guess I can make that hand set work on my Icom. The same foreign company probably made both radios.
Or, if current and works and fits, install the Furuno.

Who is selling it? Shop, sea market?

    Thank you for your thoughts.
