There is a custom 30-meter aluminium yacht currently under construction at the Van der Valk yard. It goes by the Project name 'Berlin' while it is under construction and is expected to be delivered to its owner by the Summer of 2027. The keel was laid down in November 2025. Guido de Groot is responsible for the raised pilothouse yacht's lines. The owners are prioritizing space onboard and as such want to experience the full 199 GT worth of interior without it feeling too cluttered. As a result, besides the full beam master suite on the forward main deck there are just two VIP suites on the lower deck.
