Upgrading fin stabilizers

    First, this is my first post. I have been following many threads for years and would like to say thanks for all of the great information

    I am considering upgrading my single axis Wesmar stabilizers to the newer DSP 4801 3 axis digital controls. I installed the stabilizers 2 years ago and they have made a tremendous difference in the ride of my boat. The area that could still use improvement is in a following sea. Wesmar has claimed that their DSP 4800 upgrade virtually eliminates the roll in following seas as well. Does anyone have experience with using the newer 3 axis stabilizer controls vs the older single axis controls on Wesmar's as well on any other brand?
