Towing a large boat?

    None of that stuff would likly apply. I intend to work on one engine as it appears it may run. (I wouldn’t take it off the dock unless I had both engines) The boat does not look bad and I intend to keep it that way.

    Im curious how they enforce that. I know of literally hundred boats that never move. Do they get a warrant to force the owner to show the engine will run? What if you bolt a makeshift transom on the swim platform and mount an outboard. lol.

    Every city is different. Here since code changed, you're considered liv a board if they catch you onboard between certain hours.
