Hi, i have a 2002 Sealine T47, with two TAMD74 EDC. The port engine has a diagnostic code of 2:7, and it doesn't go beyond 2000RPM. Any suggestion on how to look for the solution, or what to do to figure out the problem/solution?

    thanks alot,
    Geo

Any input on your rpm issue? I don't have my code book handy on the diagnostic code but did that fix your problem?

I have same engine and no code errors but still have lower rpm

Appreciate any feedback you may have

    DTC Explanation Cause Reaction Action

    System receiving no signals from

    control potentiometer.

Engine runs at constant 1000 rpm.

Check control potentiometer wiring and connec-

tions and connections to control position. Erase

    DTC. Start the engine.

If the fault persists shifting can be carried out

directly on the reverse gear solenoids.
