    I was referring to headsail overlapping the main.

    Ok I see what you mean. Couldn't one of the headsails be dragged out to overlap the mainsail?

    With the way the stays are run, it could only be the inner jib, or tacking would be a real adventure, especially in tighter quarters or strong winds.

    on second thoughts this is your design and i shouldnt play with it. what i was going to do is play around with volume up front, moment and volume at the stern, change some hull characteristic, use 3 rigs, and alter the cabin position. but overall keep the same profile. anyways, good luck
