WHat type of yacht do you have? What Brand. Are the engine mounted keys off when you are trying to start them from the wheel house? There might be a breaker or switch in the engine room (or fuse) to switch between starting them at the engine or at the helm. Hatteras has long installed keys (many decades) on the engine room breaker boxes to go from starting them in the engine room or starting them from the helm. and labeled "remote, off, local"

It's a bro brothers crew supply boat.the key is turned on.the other 3 engines start in the wheelhouse or engine room, but the number 4 engine will only turn off in the wheelhouse and the switch wont engage in the engine room to turn it on.you can only use the toggle switch inside the control panel

I ran a 146' Breaux Brothers yacht before. Chances are there is a fuse on the start circuit, probably in the engine room that is blown. Possibly in the box you're talking about.
