    Hi all,

I have a SeaTel 1898 aboard my Silverton 453 and want to know if i can update the lnb's to accept all the HD programming that Directv is now broadcasting.

The unit is now 6 years old and still works perfectly but I am having to use a DTV antenna on the dock to get the HD signals to the tv's on the boat.
I called SeaTel and all they want to do is direct you to a local dealer and the ones that I was given dont deal with the smaller units so here i am. :D

Any help would be greatlt appreciated,
    thanks,
    Doug.

Depending on S/N you may or may not be able to get HD programming. A box would have to be between dish and receiver, BUT you will NOT get same programming as you would at home
