    I'm looking at 2 Post 53' Convertibles and would like anyone's opinion on there engines First is a 2006 with the Man C10-1100 engines 1100 hours and second a 2007 with CAT C-18 engines 600 hours. both are beautiful boats but would like any options on either engines .
    Thank for any options.

    Both are great engines. Man's will be faster, quieter, and a touch more fuel efficient. Cat's more low end torque, simpler motor, but have to change the aftercoolers every 6 years.

    OP. I see both boats still listed on YW. What were your findings. Both boats at current prices are an incredible value.
