    That's great! I'm glad you saw the platform. It is a reach on mine but its the only way I was able to get to the screw (s), There may only be one and then she will slide out the front. You will get it out now.

    I realize this is a late post to your question but it may help someone else. I have the last 50 made and to access the microwave mounting screws you remove the salon sofa that abuts the galley cabinetry and you’ll find an access cover. Remove that and you’ll be looking at the underside of the microwave.

    thanks. You are exactly right. It only took this idiot a couple of weeks to figure that out. MV is attached to flat finished teak which itself is attached to the inside cabinet platform by screw thru the bottom up. Once those screws were removed, the whole thing just slid out! Attached a new MV to the board and slid it back in.
