Maltese Falcon Sold
News that Falcon has now sold.
Hedge-fund boss Elena Ambrosiaou, of Ikos Asset Managment has bought her. The London based Greek dealer had chartered the boat from Tom Perkins and fell in love with the boat. She was sold for a reported £60M (The Timesonline).
Perini Navi's 1998-built "Independence" is now up for sale. She is asking 29.95-Million USD. She was refitted in 2001.
The Perini Navi ketch "Enterprise" has be listed on the sale market. She is asking 9 Million-Euros with CNI and Perini Navi.
Perini Navi's 46-meter "Antara" has entered the brokerage market and she is up for sale. Her current asking price is 20.95-Million USD in a joint brokerage effort by Perini Navi and Merle Wood and Associates.
Perini Navi has a dedicated section for its growing motor yacht mini-fleet. The 50, 55, and 73-meter models and various related information about that is located here...
There are computer generations of the new launch Perini 56-meter "Panthalassa" on the CNI website.
The 1990-built Perini Navi "Andromeda La Dea" has had a 1-Million price cut in her asking price. She is asking 13.95-Million Euros down from 14.95-Million Euros.
Perini Navi's "Helios" asking price has been reduced. Gone down from 20.9-Million Euros she is now asking 17.9-Million Euro. This Perini was built in 2007.

Is it just me or has it been difficult to acess the Perini Navi website? Maybe a new site is coming?
I have not had any trouble lately.
I am more intrigued by their new projects, especially the 335 (~102 m). Any info?

Perini navi recently turned the hull of their 50-meter Ketch designed by Ron Holland. She is on course for delivery in 2012.
The Perini Navi "Independence" has been renamed. The new name is now "Jasali II".
