On June 11/10 I was up bound Welland Canal one lock behind the salt water ship M/V Alexia,
and on her deck was a new 210' motor yacht hull in three pieces
    bound for Sturgeon Bay.

Wow ***** Yacht & Ship announced the delivery of the beautiful "LADY M" today. And that just 5 weeks after her launch... that is incredible fast for a 65m yacht!! Great job Pamler Johnson!

EDIT: Sorry, I did know that there was a press release in the works.

Yes it was indeed VERY fast from launch to delivery. I was a bit surprised myself.

I was walking past PJ today after lunch and the doors were open. I believe below is the 210 hull that Rodger posted being delivered to PJ in May. I think the second picture is the carbon fiber hull of a Supersport 48... very interesting build. What would the notch in the hull just forward of the tunnel for the thruster be for?

in the keel, they are visible, not sure if they work, but I guess no other option possible.

The notch out is probably for anchors...many of the bigger sailyachts have bottom mounted anchors.

Don't know what you think guys, but talking about the design looks a mess of line, don't think they will repeat the success of the "classic" semicustom series.

I think the new series is beautifully designed. Palmer Johnson continues to push the limits of sport yacht design.

Hull two in the 170-foot series that was just launched seems that she will be called "Bliss".

I didn't even know the first PJ150 currently belongs to the Staluppis. She was launched as "O'Khalila" in that bright gold paint...and she kicked off the PJ150 line. These days she goes by the name "Skyfall II". In fact she recently completed refit at Sunrise Yachts who coincidentally are building their next yacht (a 68-meter) with the same Skyfall project name.

Well interestingly, the first PJ carbon 48 SuperSport is called "Khalilah" and she is gold... the first PJ150 was originally launched as "O'Khalila". There is a resemblance? Same gold too.

I was thinking the thing, but wasn't sure due to different spelling. Time will tell.

She departed the Welland Canal November 21/14 and is still in Montreal Quebec as of tonight, wonder if they will put her on a ship there . Her destination on her AIS reads Marina of Palm Florida.
