Oceanco Yachts New Launch

Oceanco Yachts is proud to announce the arrival of hull Y565, which was recently transferred from Kusch Yachtbau (Germany) to Holland. A big thank you to Carol Fournon from Oceanco for supplying images of the bare bones hull & structure, as YachtForums members enjoy being included in the construction process.

She safely reached the Oceanco’s Alblasserdam shipyard (Holland), on September 4, 2004. On the same day, using the shipyard’s ship elevator and “multi-wheels platforms”, she has been lifted out of the water and moved into the building shed. All the finishing and outfitting stages will be performed in Alblasserdam as well as delivery to her Owners in the summer of 2005.

Y565 will feature an elegant Zuretti interior design, with Oceanco’s traditional detailing. Her layout was inspired by the Oceanco Lady Lola. The upper deck is exclusively dedicated to the owner and offers a unique duplex master stateroom. She also has vast exterior areas designed for family entertainment. Y565 is being built to the highest requirements of Lloyd’s Register and MCA.
