    I'm looking at puchasing a 1999 Ocean 40 (Express) Sport Fish. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this boat, any comments or advice.

    I have a 99, no tower, and love this boat. Very versatile for fishing and cruising. Gets me to the canyon on the east coast and back, efficiently and fast enough.

    Thank you for your response. Not very many Ocean Yachts out here on the West Coast. I know of only one 40 Sport Fish. I have heard Ocean has had trouble with flexing on the bigger hulls (53' and up), but I haven't heard of any issues with their Boats in the 38" to 48' range. I was wondering what you may have heard. Also if I may ask, what would you say are your boats best and worst features.
