looks like entire scaffolding/cover has been removed now..Should be able to see her very soon
Yes, I can confirm that A is totally uncovered.
Hey NikoBremen, welcome to YF.com. Thanks for the confirmation. Would it be possible that you can take any photos?
Currently it's visible on http://www.kielmonitor.de/webcam/hafenhaus/
Edit: actually even better view: http://www.kielmonitor.de/webcam/ndr/
A is going on sea trials today or tomorrow!
No, I have no new pictures, but have a look at the page theyachtfoto (dot)com and search for A. I can not copy the link in here.
The owner of this page is uploading new pictures every few days, so we will see her uncovered very soon.
She is going out at this very moment!
On Kielmonitor, it is difficult to tell if they are taking her out to sea, or merely turning her around and putting her back in the slip.
seems like they've just turned her around
Yep, I believe she just turned around. This footage was placed on Instagram earlier today:
Here is a photo of sail assisted yacht "A" leaving the dock. This photo was taken by Thomas Hartmann.
The new paint job looks stunning... As I see more of her I like her even more!
There is a lot of shell-doors/terraces in that hull, I count nine on each side (not including the wing stations) and two at the stern!
Sailing yacht A turn around:
Came across this showing some deets
You know I only just realized that S/Y "A" has an anchor on the port side... well anchor and anchor pocket. Why doesn't she have the same on the starboard side? Or does she have a submarine anchor too?
I believe her seatrials have started. She's currently sailing with 21.5 (!!) knots.
Yes, she is out.
WOW!!! 21.5 knots!!!! That must be a sight to see that.
Any photos of her under sail yet??
She's currently having sea trials again. Her status is: underway by sail. She's sailing with a speed of 6.1 knots.
We just need to wait for pictures now !
