  1. Two Horizon FD87 Skylines At Cannes Yachting Festival
If you are going to be at this year's Cannes Yachting Festival then you can look out for not one, but two FD87 Skylines from Horizon Yachts. Although they are the same model you will get to see contrasting styles on the interior. One FD87 Skyline (Hull 10) is finished more traditionally in all white on the exterior while the other (Hull 7) is finished with a Stone Grey hull with light gold boot striping. It gives an idea how owners can customize their vessels.
  2. Hull 10 has a five cabin layout with light Oak woodwork throughout the majority of the interior. In the guest cabins, there is a difference with much more dazzling and active grained dark Wenge. The main salon onboard Hull 10 is spacious thanks to the vessels 23.3-foot overall beam and the choice of Oak timber blends well with crisp LED lighting and oversized windows allow an abundance of natural light when the shades are opened.
  3. The master suite is also spacious owing to the 20-plus foot beam (forward main deck ). The theme follows a similar pattern and theme as in the main salon. Neutral and a light sector of earthy the space combines ample natural lighting from the massive side windows and precisely spaced LED lighting for a great ambience.
  4. Below we get to see what the FD87 Skyline looks like with a color other than the normal house white. Here we have Hull 7 in a Stone Grey finished hull. Details and considerate design features have been incorporated throughout, such as the additional portside door in the galley that allows crew access without interrupting guests in the salon and dining area, and the walk-in closet to starboard offering plenty of storage.
  5. A peek inside hull 7 showcased a much different interior than her model fleetmate. This time we see, dark Wenge wood and vinyl paneling with a stainless steel inlay in the main salon. The unique design feature of this yacht is an island skylounge surrounded by a walkaround deck, which not only brings privacy to the interior but also provides a seamless transition between the exterior entertaining areas. Both are going to be on display at the Cannes Yachting Festival next month.
