  1. New C144S By Conrad Shipyard Sold
With the first C144S by Conrad Shipyard under construction and sold the yard decided to start the second hull under speculation. The sistership started build in February of this year and the good news is that it has been purchased by an owner. Since the owner bought the yacht while it already started construction the wait time is not as long as if it had to now start build after signing. The second hull is anticipated to be completed by October 2023 for its new owner.
  2. The design of the yacht on the exterior is by Reymond Langton Design. In terms of the interior layout, the yard normally builds this with a five (5) cabin arrangement for ten (10) guests. Those guests have four decks to choose from, three of which as fully interior and the other an expansive sun deck. The sun deck is a sun-worshipper's paradise which a rectangular jetted pool frames the setting on the forward part of the deck. It is flanked by a mass of sunpads. As guests move towards the midships area of the deck, a bar and grill, a proposed external mini gym space and open area for loose furniture is proposed to finish the portion under the hardtop. Aft though is open again where sunpads and built-ins abound for a relaxing al-fresco sophisticated but informal experience can be had.
  3. Below we get a glimpse at how the interior might have been finished. Since a new owner is now onboard this all may change a bit but it still gives an idea as to the styling that can be achieved on this type of yacht. This spacious abode is characterized by a timber finished floor, large bed oriented towards the large-screen recessed-in flat panel. The ensuite bathroom also seamlessly spills into the room without too much segregation. The first 44-meter hull is fitted with a pair of CAT C18s which permit a modest top speed of 13-knots. Range and efficiency is the name of the game for this class vessel where 4,000 nautical miles can be achieved at 11-knots. The first hull is expected for delivery in May, 2022 while the second hull is pegged for late 2023.
