Ever heard of Pardo Yachts? They are a builder located in Italy and build luxury day-boat type vessels that are of course more than capable of sustaining operation for more than a day out on the water. Last year the company had the Pardo 43 which proved to be pretty popular but this year the slightly larger Pardo 50 came to the market and even had its premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival. The Pardo Yacht brand is actually relatively recent having being established in 2016 but the Cantiere Del Pardo yard has been around for 40 years building boats.

With over 35 Pardo 43s sold in less than a year it is safe to say this model is generating buzz. The new Pardo 50 - believe it or not - can fit up to three cabins onboard, two guest cabins and a smaller cabin for the captain if necessary but the normal layout is with two cabins and two showers. The design of the boat is by Zuccheri Yacht Design & Cantiere del Pardo SpA.

In the standard layout you will find the master cabin up front which offers the most space out of all the accommodation. Midships to the starboard side you can find a smaller twin berth. To port the smaller captain's cabin can be fitted along with a small bathroom. It is quite remarkable the internal space that is offered on this boat.

Power is by Volvo Penta and the standard setup will see 2 VOLVO IPS 600s being installed. There is an optional package that calls for dual VOLVO IPS 700/800 which naturally will allow faster speeds. Fuel capacity onboard is around 520 US GAL or 1,968 LT. Despite being called the Pardo 50 the boat actually has an LOA of 53-feet. The widest point on the boat stretches to 16-feet and there is a 4-foot draft. The deck is fully walk-around and comfortable when underway for moving around the deck. The high freeboard provides greater safety when having children or guests on board as well.
