Pardo Unveils Endurance 72 At boot Düsseldorf​

News out of the 2023 boot Düsseldorf is that Pardo has announced a new model and addition to their line with the E72; E meaning Endurance and not explorer. It almost became the flagship but it is second to the yard's GT75. If you know of the yard's E60 model, the E72 is the bigger sister to this model. Although announced at this year's show, the first unit in the new E72 is already under construction and will be finished in 2024.

Glass and openness characterize the new model where the glazing provides the soul of the yacht and an opportunity to connect the the environment. It presents as an open-plan layout. On deck there are two distinct areas where guests will enjoy relaxation. The aft main deck is expanded further by the fold-down capability of the bulwarks. This is a function that is in high utilization whether on explorer, adventure, cruisers, large Center Consoles and even express yachts. The other area is the flybridge.

The flybridge is its own dedicated space only offset by the helm position forward. Besides that, the space is fitted with a prominent L-shaped settee to port complemented by a table and requisite additional seating for al-fresco dining. A layout pad is situated to the aft and starboard, corner seating up front and bench seating for those in command at the flybridge console. There is also a prep station on the starboard side to help serve drinks and light meals.

The interior as aforementioned is open-plan in the salon. The décor is light and airy with a focus on Grey Walnut matte-finish veneer work. What you see here is more of a standard look, but there is room for customization including the positioning of the galley. One configuration allows for the galley to be on the main deck while the other has less emphasis on being a full kitchen. BURDISSOCAPPONI Yachts & Design is responsible in some aspects.

D13 1350s are powering this vessel although there are three options that owners can choose from including the possibility of hybrid power. With the aforementioned setup 12-knots is the 'eco-speed' for this yacht which will see the vessel undertake maximum passages of 900 nautical miles. It is all dependent on what the owner wants to utilize the vessel for that will zero-in on which package is best suitable. Look forward to 2024 for the first hull to be completed.
