Palm Beach Yachts Reveal GT Line

Palm Beach Yachts recently announced their GT Line of yachts which will encompass models up to 70-feet or so. There will be a GT50, 60 and 70, the GT59 is what we will focus on today. The GT50 is expected to come in Express configuration as well as an Open version. The version to hit the market first is anticipated to be the Express variant. It all goes to plan you will be able to see it at the 2018 Newport International Boat Show in September.

The Open version should be a hit with boaters but they will have to wait until 2019 for that variant to splash. This vessel is all about performance and should be able to show a top speed in the 42-knot region and cruise in the mid-30's. Volvo IPS800s will be onboard to power the boat, that's 600 horses per engine. Below deck a couple of guests can be slept overnight with a two cabin layout. A master suite is forward and is the largest room while there is a queen size berth in the aft.
