  1. OceAnco 110-meter HotLab-designed superyacht

Dutch custom superyacht manufacturer OceAnco has a new design in collaboration with HotLab. The beauty this time is a 110-meter superyacht designed on an OceAnco hull-platform. The Naval Architecture is by OceAnco and BMT Nigel Gee while Hot Lab Design penned the exterior design. The interior design is yet to be determined. She boasts five decks above the waterline and a number of must-have superyacht features. Starting at the aft, the gently sloping and sleek transom area hosts a large swimming pool. That is on the aft main deck, a feature that is pretty-much common place onboard large superyachts. However, take the dual staircases leading down to the stern platform and a glassed-in transom becomes evident. Not only is it different, it houses a large whirlpool. The glass panels that surround the whirlpool are expected to slide but they keep the area nice and dry in any weather. A short walk away is the expansive beach club attended to by fold out terraces.
  2. Onboard a large yacht such as the OceAnco DP028 (Project Primadonna) you would expect the guest accommodation to be extensive. This 110-meter superyacht is envisioned to host as many as eighteen guests in two doubles, six VIP-type cabins and the owner's suite. The master suite is located up to the front and takes advantage of the helipad on the bow allowing them to come in or leave their cabin and the yacht without having to traverse other guest areas of the yacht. Four of the VIPs benefit from large fold-out balconies. 40 crew will be attending to the yacht and its guests.

The OceAnco Primadonna is anticipated to have a maximum top speed in the region of 18.5-knots thanks to some powerful MTU muscle below deck. 4 X 4,290 horse power MTU 20V 4000 M73s are the forseen engine package of choice for this 110-meter superyacht. Have no fear, you will be able to see a detailed model of this particular OceAnco project at the coming Monaco Yacht Show (MYS) in September 2014.
