Ocean King Yachts known for building explorer type yachts has revealed its newest model, the Ocean Queen 150. The yacht is expected to be built in steel and aluminium and rise three full decks above the waterline. When finished she will be in the sub 500 GT category. The design is a collaboration between the yard and Watermark Design. Great emphasis was placed on the external deck areas for relaxation.

On all the external decks you will find large seating areas for guests to enjoy the outdoors. The renderings showcase sun loungers on the aft decks of the upper and sun decks really solidifying the theme. Of course an owner can choose how they wish to fit out the space. Inside, the interior is described as 'modern Italian'. Light-toned flooring and ceilings meet dark wood cabinetry and leather upholstery.

Guest accommodation is for twelve across six cabins spread between the lower deck and main deck. The master suite is full beam and is situated in the traditional forward on-deck area. There is provision for up to nine crew as well. A pair of marine diesel engines by CAT each rated at around 1,650 horse power will run this vessel to a top-end of 15.5-knots. With 70,000 LT of fuel onboard the Ocean Queen 150 will have ocean-crossing range.
