Ocean Alexander OA90R Nears Completion

Earlier this year YF allowed you to know about the Ocean Alexander OA90R. New renderings were available at the time showcasing the exterior and interior. The yacht in the flesh has been launched and since then been engaging in seatrials as the builder showcased on its Instagram page. The builder says that they are preparing to have it on display at the upcoming Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS).

The design is a collaboration between Evan K Marshall and Ocean Alexander and is a new look and direction for the yard. According to the yard you will be able to see her grand debut from October 30th to November 4th at the FLIBS. Last month the yacht was out of the shed and in the water for general initial tests before being fully brought out.

Accommodation is on two decks, the lower deck and main deck with the owner having a full beam suite on the forward main. Two twins and a VIP are situated on the lower deck for accommodation of eight in conjunction with the master. However, an extra two persons may be slept via pullman berths if needed. The interior is as if you are in a penthouse, light and airy with a very modern feel. "We really have been able to achieve the look of a penthouse," Marshall added. "She is not only a pretty face, but also very functional."
