Dutch yacht builder Moonen Yachts has a collection of yachts called the Moonen Caribbean Series and we have seen one of them called "Bijoux" (Matica) built and sailing around already and a Martinique model under construction. The series encompasses yachts from about 30-meters all the way up to 50-meters and the 'Monito' is the largest of them at 49.50-meters LOA.

The Monito features exterior design by Rene van der Velden and has a fast displacement round bilge hull for efficient cruising. This yacht will be able to sprint up to 18.5-knots but can be dialed back to a continuous 11-knots to prolong her range. At that page, the near 50-meter yacht has TransAtlantic range of 3,900 nautical miles from only 55,000 LT of fuel. Her tri-deck arrangement offers sleeping quarters and entertainment spaces in the traditional areas but the exterior decks offer much more. The lower deck has accommodation for guests in 5 regular cabins or they can be configured to be 4 VIP-grade rooms. The owner has a full beam suite on the forward main deck. The accommodation layout can be slightly changed for guests and crew with one layout offering berths for eight crew or the other for eleven crew members.

The 49.50-meter yacht has a jacuzzi on the forward end of the sun deck which is flanked by sunpads. The space up here is free to place outdoor furniture however you wish with the only other fixed structure on deck is a small bar. The foredeck is where the action is where a large sunken pool proposed. All decks are finished in teak to the highest standards. The aft of the Moonen Monito is envisioned to have corner sunpadded areas on the swim platform to allow guests to relax right on the water. A few steps up the stairs to the aft main deck, there is comfortable seating set-out for general gathering or for an al-fresco environment.
