Today Palumbo Superyachts brand ISA unveiled the design for the 'Ayrton' line of yachts. Yes, line because there are three models proposed by the yard. The designs are by Enrico Gobbi of Team for Design and encompass 50, 63 and 70-meter models. The Naval engineering is by Palumbo Superyachts. This article will be focused on the middle model, the Ayrton 63.

Encompassing 1200GT, the Ayrton 63 spreads across four internal decks and a sundeck. She will be built with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. The design takes some inspiration from the F1 automotive world as well as nature. In fact, the five prominent transverse windows of the full-beam master suite on the forward main deck are reminiscent of fish gills. That is alot of space dedicated to the owner in retrospect.

One of the reimagined spaces is the beach club which by now is a very common space onboard any superyacht. The space is connected to nature on either side thanks to fold-down shell doors. What is interesting is that the transom glass wall forms a separation between the jacuzzi that is on the interior of the beach club and the pool on the outside of the beach club in the stern. Both are fed by waterfall features too. Daybeds and loungers is the name of the game in the beach club on the Ayrton 63. The beach club is also accessed from the main deck via stairs on the port side of the space.

The forward upper deck also has a jaccuzi for guests to indulge in. One deck higher is the secluded wellness outdoor deck wrapping around the base of the mast. Sunpads and loungers are placed up here to add to the relaxing experience and the stunning views offered from the highest guess-accessed point onboard.

The interior will have a refined feel with an accent on the internal/ external connection given by the large opening floor-to-ceiling windows present on each deck. ISA Ayrton 63-meter can accommodate twelve (12) guests in 4 double cabins located on the lower deck, a VIP cabin and the full-beam owner suite on the main deck. For crew there are nine (9) cabins sleeping up to fifteen (15).

ISA Ayrton 63-meter will have a steel hull and aluminum superstructure as previously mentioned. The interior is voluminous with an estimated gross tonnage of 1,200 GT. Thanks to two 1800 horse power Caterpillar 3512C engines, this displacement superyacht will be able to reach a maximum speed of 17.5-knots and a cruising speed of 15-knots allowing a range of more than 5,000 nautical miles at 12-knots. Ocean-crossing is well within the Ayrton 63's capabilities. With storage for multiple tenders, a touch-and-go helipad, endless guest luxury amenities and facilities, the Ayrton 63 is the pinnacle of luxury in this size bracket.
