  1. H55 By Hunton Yachts
This Hampshire, UK-based manufacturer likes to look at themselves as a staple of the small English boating scene and having been around since 1979 (as Hunton Powerboats) they at least deserve some recognition. However, with their newest model they are looking to stir attention outside of England. They are known for models like the H43, H37, RIB boats like the H1005 and H830. Their heritage is deeply rooted in the company's offshore powerboat racing past and though the years they have restructured a few times. They latest restructuring of the company was 2017 and Hunton Yachts was formed.
  2. The H55 though is their latest model and also is their largest. Additionally, it is by far their most luxuriously appointed model. This yacht embodies the golden ratio of harmony and proportion. As refined and unfussy as a Savile Row suit and as sleek and powerful as a classic British motorcar, the H55 represents the past, present and future of luxury yachting. There are some real key features on the H55. From the key fob activation, remote diagnostics and monitoring, gyroscopic stabilizer, autopilot, bow & stern cameras, auto trim drives and trim tabs, to remote docking, electric helm seats, a custom made tender and a panoramic hardtop with tinted glass and opening sunroof.
  3. Hunton Yachts is offering a few layouts for the H55 but you can definitely fit two cabins and two heads onboard. Construction of the boat is in epoxy composite which offers the rigidity and relative lightness without compromising the build strength. 55-knots is the target to speed using a pair of MAN V8-1000 as the standard power linked to Arneson ASD11 Drives. Cruise speed is 40-knots with a useful range of 500 nautical miles consuming from 2,200 LT fuel tanks. The H55 is exactly 55-feet LOA with a beam of 14.5-feet. The draft only plunges 3.5-feet into the water.
