FD85 (Hull 3) Delivered To Florida By Horizon

The upcoming Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) will see the third hull of the Horizon FD85 model displayed for the first time. Horizon Yachts has confirmed that the vessel is completed and already shipped to Florida in time for her debut at the show. This model only was announced mid last year and since then a hull has been delivered to the Netherlands and this one to Florida to make her showing at the FLIBS and two other hulls in build.

Top speed is 18.5-knots with a cruising speed of close to 14-knots driven by a pair of CAT C18 ACERT marine diesels. The yacht can accommodate up to ten guests across a four or five cabin layout. Two doubles and a VIP serve the guests while the owner gets a full-beam suite. Up to three crew can be slept onboard. The sleek and shapeful lines are that of Cor D. Rover and the interior and Naval Architecture is in-house by Horizon Yachts. The third hull was offloaded the transport ship last week Saturday 14th of October.
