  1. Hartman Yachts Steps Into Superyacht Territory
Hartman Yachts has firmly stepped into the superyacht territory with the announcement of a new range of yachts. In fact it is a duo of classes the company announce which will have different size categories. There is a range for those who like classic and timeless designs and one for clients who prefer exploration capabilities. The first is the Livingstone range which features a traditional gentleman's feel to the design. This impressive series of classic yachts seamlessly combines the distinguished appearance of a luxury yacht from the first half of the 20th century with the high-tech finishing and ultra modern technology of a true 21st-century pleasure craft. The name of the series is an homage to the Scottish missionary and explorer Dr. David Livingstone, who sailed one of the earliest steel boats ever built, the steam launch Ma Robert.
  2. The second is called the Amundsen Range and is a more modern approach to design and styling but offers a rugged platform for exploration. Hartman’s Amundsen range of expedition yachts is named after the Norwegian polar explorer Roald Amundsen, who was the first person to reach both the North and South Poles. To ensure the capacity to sail anywhere in the world, the Amundsen yachts are equipped with a Polar Class hull as standard. Their timeless yet fresh style – inspired by warships of the past – brings together practicality and comfort, making them equally at home in the frozen Arctic and the balmy Pacific. The sizes for both ranges vary from 24-meters to 42-meters.
