  1. New Ocean Alexander OA112 To Debut At Miami Show
The first hull in the new Ocean Alexander 112 line has been launched prepped and sent packing to make her official debut at the Miami Yacht Show. She is a proper tri-deck luxury motoryacht that has been designed by Evan K. Marshall. The interior is also by Marshall and is customizable to an extent. There are a couple of interior choices in terms of finishes and materials as well as looks offered. They mainly span contemporary, traditional and modern themes and with the layout being customizable too an owner should be fairly happy with choosing the desired effect.
  2. The interior is naturally lit during the day thanks to large glazing throughout the main spaces like the main salon, owner’s suite and upper deck lounge. The master suite is right up front on the main deck towards the bow and benefits from wraparound glazing to wonderfully capture passing vistas or anchored off your scheduled destination. Even from the bed the views are painted as gorgeous once the blinds are pulled. Towards midships on the main deck the salon and dining area open up with a sliding glass door on the port side. There is a bulwark there that can fold-down and be fitted with rails to form a balcony for a tad bit of extra space to the side deck or to simply open-up the views even more from the salon.
  3. Accommodation for guests will be in five cabins. The master suite for the owner is forward on the main deck as previously mentioned and the other guest cabins are all on the lower deck. Accommodation for up to six crew members is available. Performance wise, the Ocean Alexander 112 can be run up to 24-knots thanks to twin MTU diesel engines. These are the standard version rated at around 1,920 horse power but there is an option for more powerful plants that are rated at 2,250 horse power. Be sure to look out for the new Ocean Alexander 112 at the Miami Yacht Show set to kick-off in a few days (February 11th to 15th).
