News: Falcon Yachts Sells 45M Project 'Stella Azure'

There is a 45-meter luxury yacht project currently under construction and well advanced in the build process. It is being built by Falcon Yachts and goes by the Project name 'Stella Azure' and the yard anticipates to have it completed to display at the 2025 Monaco Yacht Show (MYS). Both exterior and interior design haven been drawn up by Hot Lab with Naval Architecture the work of Ginton Naval Architects.

Project Stella Azure is anticipated to have a 6 cabin layout as prescribed by her 'experienced owners'. 4 cabins will be situated on the lower deck while a VIP is to be on the main deck in the same general area as an on-deck master. The owner's suite is to be located on the upper deck which encompasses the cabin itself, exterior aft deck space and an owner office. The crew cabins will be located on the lower deck.

The general interior scheme that Hot Lab has presented included a palette using whites and creams as the base and greens and shades of aqua for accent pops of colouring. This is represented in the art work via the renders but that aspect can naturally change as the finishes come closer to completion. There is a jacuzzi, small gym and a spa area. Numerous al fresco deck areas are available for her future owner and guests to utilize. Three internal decks are above the waterline along with the open air sundeck fitted with partial shading from a hard top.

Construction sees a steel hull and aluminum is strategically utilized . She will be flagged in the Marshall Islands with a RINA classification. "We are very pleased to have concluded this sale; Stella Azure is a boat of great prestige and represents a fundamental moment in the shipyard's development plans," said Luigi Marco Zoppy, CEO at Falcon Yachts. "We have other exciting negotiations underway with potential clients that we hope to pursue, aiming to strengthen our position within the 40- to 50-metre boat builders' market segment, where Italy is a global leader." Completion is anticipated for 2025.
