First CLX96 SAV Being Shipped To United States

The first hull of CL Yacht's CLX96 SAV model is currently on its way to the United States. Once it gets to Florida the vessel will have some sea trials with potential CL Yachts clients. The 99 GT vessel was seen being loaded on a transport cargo vessel to be shipped across to the United States. The CLX96 SAV (Sea Activity Vehicle) is the first in a new model from the yard. The yacht has already completed sea trials in Asia but still has client-based sea trials to conduct in the U.S.

Designed by Jozeph Forakis on both the exterior and interior, the all-round effort will turn heads. Her appearance is not like anything we have seen before with this kind of yacht. Visually the CLX96 SAV will convert persons the more they get to understand the design. Internally, the design follows a New York Loft inspiration. Potential customers in the United States will get to experience this soon. In fact this vessel is carded to make her state-side debut at the 2022 edition of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS).

The CLX96 SAV is powered by twin CAT C32s which should have seen her run at up to 27-knots. Fast cruising should be in the region of 22 to 23-knots. The Milan-based designer Forakis believes that their design will resonate well with the American-based customers. The CLX96 SAV has been designed for customers who want to maximize their time on the water while having a very capable platform to make the transition from destination to destination.
