Benetti Announces Sale Of 47-meter FB703

News in from Benetti is that they have sold a 47-meter luxury yacht under build number FB703. It is a custom 47-meter but will end up looking pretty similar to a past Benetti build "Vica" (as seen in the second photo). FB703 will be built with a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure and will represent part of Benetti's Custom Collection. This is basically where owners want the freedom to personalize their yacht down to the very last detail but without sacrificing strong Benetti styling.

While the exterior styling and naval architecture is being done in-house by Benetti, there is a first time collaboration with Mexican designer Mauricio Gómez de Tuddo for the interior design. Twelve guests will be comfortably housed onboard in six cabins. The owner will have refuge in a beautiful full beam suite complete with ensuite separate his and hers bathroom on the forward main deck. The other cabins will be on the lower deck. The yacht is being built for a repeat customer and is expected to be launched in February 2019 and be delivered by June 2019. Although not confirmed, this yacht may bear the name "Bacchanal" when completed.
