News: Baglietto Progress On New 48M Hull 10228

48-meter Hull 10228 Takes Shape At Baglietto

The sistership to the 48-meter "Andiamo" is presently under construction at Baglietto and below you get to see an idea of how far along the build process is. The new 48-meter is under build as hull 10228. The design is by the usual suspect, Francesco Paszkowski along with in-house work by Baglietto. This yacht will be ready for delivery to her owner for this same time in 2018.

Power comes via a pair of CAT marine diesels and should allow her to make a 16-knot top speed. Compare that to sistership Andiamo which carries dual MTU 12V 4000 M63s for the same 16-knot top speed. It appears that Paszkowski is working on the interior as well for hull 10228. There is a large sundeck measuring around 140 square meters with a hardtop covering a portion of it. Completion of hull 10228 is expected for Summer 2018.
