  1. Project 'Aisha' Starts Construction
A new yacht has started construction and is expected to be delivered in 2024. It is a 40-meter vessel called Project 'Aisha' and designed by Red Design. It is being built in Turkey at a yard more known for military landing craft. It is believed the Anadolu Shipyard has built one or two yachts before. Just to ensure construction stays to standard Eureka Yachts will oversee the construction of the vessel. It is being built in entirely of Aluminium and features design inside and out by Red Design.
  2. The interior has space for a five-cabin layout and sleeps a minimum of 10 guests. The owner has the full-beam master suite which is located on the main deck and features the usual his and hers ensuite, plus office. The other four cabins are situated on the lower deck with two twins and two doubles. There is room to sleep eight crew members too. Below is an example of the design and decor choices for the master suite.
  3. The sun deck on this vessel is fairly large and from the rendering below we get a sense of the space on offer. Features like a bar, al fresco dining, comfortable built-in seating and cocktail tables all under a massive hardtop. The views will be pretty hard to beat from this vantage. A deck below and toward the aft is another guest-oriented space.
  4. This is the beach terrace on the stern of the vessel. Red Design picked-up on the current trend on how to develop this area of the yacht. Alot of yards are now building this kind of stern area for guests and Project Aisha has received a similar expansion. As can be seen there are two stern terraces that fold down to enlarge the space and create a closer relationship with the sea. From built-in seating to loose furniture, the area can be outfitted to create a beach-like experience.
  5. Project Aisha has a raised pilothouse and the secondary helm station is on the starboard side of the sundeck with direct access to the main controls in the wheelhouse. Top speed is anticipated to be 19-knots with cruising at 15-knots and a respectable range of 1,500 nautical miles at slower more fficient speeds. Power is by a pair of MAN diesels.
