News: Alia Yachts Deliver 31M "Virgen Del Mar VI"

Turkish yard Alia Yachts is proud of their relatively recent delivery of the 31-meter "Virgen Del Mar VI". This yacht was completed and handed off in July after being launched in May of this year. Construction was in steel for the hull and lighter aluminum for the superstructure. The exterior design was by Omega Architects with the interior developed by Redman Whiteley Dixon (RWD).

Speaking of the interior of this pocket superyacht, the spaces are definitely light and airy being characterized by light tones and materials. The 235 GT volume interior uses materials like light Oak and dark Sycamore to oppose each other while bronze fittings and accents were produced. The interior is also home to accommodation for ten guests in five cabins. Two doubles and two twins are on the lower deck for guests while a master suite is on the main deck. In this case it doesn't appear that the master is full-beam.

Virgen Del Mar VI is a customized boat and while there are many yachts in the 30-meter bracket that exist, they are largely production boats. "There are plenty of 30-metre yachts out there,” Gökhan Çelik, President of Alia Yachts said, "but most are production boats and none of them offer quite the same volume and degree of customization or bespoke design features."
