Italian builder Maiora has released some renderings of their new 30.5-meter Maiora 30 they currently have under construction. The yacht is at an advanced stage of build and will make her debut at this year's Cannes Yachting Festival in September and also the Monaco Yacht Show (MYS). The design is in-house by the yard including the Naval Architecture.

The interior features a light white Oak and Leather-based palette with accent trimmings of gold and brass. The yacht is also called the Maiora 30 Walk Around because the entire external main deck can be walked around with no issue. As a result of this, the master stateroom is not quite full beam. You will find this suite to the fore of the main deck and takes on similar white and brass theme as the remainder of the interior spaces. Onboard the Maiora 30 WalkAround can accommodate up to nine guests. The other guests will be accommodated on the lower deck in a full-beam VIP, twin (likely with a pullman berth) and double cabin.

On the technical side of things, the Maiora 30 Walk Around is powered by dual CAT C32 marine diesels that are expected to push her to a top speed of 25-knots and fast cruise at just above 20-knots. Going more economically, this yacht can sail for over 1,000 nautical miles easily. In fact at a continuous 10-knots she will be able to run for 1,150 nautical miles.
