  1. LSY95 By Lazzara Yachts

Approximately six or seven years ago Lazzara Yachts said they sold a new LSX95 yacht. Also remember Lazzara Yachts vanished from the yacht scene for a while but in the last couple of years they have been trying to make a comeback. They are offering a couple new models and one of them is the LSY95 (Lazzara Sport Yacht), sounds familiar? LSX 95; LSY95? The only difference between the model names is one letter and taking a look at the two proposals they aren't that different either.
  2. The LSY95 adds a fold-out balcony for the area that can potentially be a cabin towards the bow but according to plans serves a small lounge adjacent to the galley. There are fold-down terraces on the aft main deck, essentially the bulwarks drop down to improve the sea views. The exterior deck layout has also changed to appeal to the modern buyer and includes current features. On the forward cockpit social area on the bow, instead of just a sunpadded area as was on the LSX95, they have used to space to incorporate a glass-edged jacuzzi still keeping room for a built in seating area with cocktail table on the LSY95. The layout on the sundeck is also re-imagined. The entire port side of the deck is finished with seating while the starboard side has a small bar and all your regular al-fresco features. There is a helm station up front and interestingly, they give you not one but two access points to the deck. One serves from the aft main deck while the other gives access from the saloon.
  3. The lower deck offers four spacious guest cabins as well as the full-beam master suite which features a walk-in closet, seating area, and his-and-her sinks in the private bath. Lazzara says a fifth cabin can be fitted for charter mode and specified how the owner prefers. Triple Volvo IPS 1200s are standard and give a top speed near 32-knots. Triple Volvo IPS 1350s are optional and would give slightly better performance and top-end. At 32-knots the range should be just over 400 nautical miles (408nm). Dial back to a blistering cruise speed of 28-knots the range increases slightly to 455 nautical miles. Even slower 500nm is possible before having to refuel. Fuel tank capacity is for 6,435LT. The length is 95-feet with a beam of 20.8-feet and a draft of 4.10-feet.
