    Dear Colleagues,
    I am about to renew my crews contracts and I feel that our current contracts are to soft, so I would like to revise them. Could anybody forward me a contract (for crew and for captain) so that I could have an idea on what others are doing? Also I want to find out what benefits other captains and crew have in their contracts.
