New Build: Icon 62M Midlandia​

Not much is known about this vessel as yet but Icon Yachts have been creating a number of contracts lately and one of them is the Icon 62M Original called Midlandia. This surely would cast minds back to the Benetti built Midlandia and conjure up thoughts of if the two are related.

They just might be because the Benetti built flag blue hulled Midlandia is up for sale through a broker. The new Midlandia will be significantly larger than the older and create opportunities for the owner to diversify.

In the rendering on the Icon website, the new Midlandia is shown to have a a similar flag blue dark hull. Although she will not look anything like the Benetti yacht of the same name the name will surely carry on.

Two Icon 62M hulls are simultaneously under construction and the new Midlandia is the second of the two hulls according to the Icon website.
