Bering Yachts Launch Second Bering 65-foot Yacht

Bering Yachts is proud to announce the launching of the second unit in their Bering 65 series. The new yacht was rolled out of the build shed in Zhangjiang, China on a special trailer to have her mast assembly added and prepared for splashing. The design is based on proven North Atlantic commercial trawlers that operate in some of the most hostile conditions. With efficient, commercially-rated diesel engines and voluminous fuel tanks, she can easily travel 5,000 nautical miles at 6-7 knots without the need for refueling.

The interior floor plan of the 65 includes three spacious staterooms, each with its own private ensuite head, and a crew quarters for two. The interior varnish of American Ash reflect the owners’ wishes, as does the custom-installed teak flooring, an extensive Furuno electronic package and Seakeeper M35 Gyro Stabilizer. The second Bering 65 has undergone extensive sea trials already in the South China Sea and will be delivered to her owner on May 15th. The owner is eager and proud to have this new yacht delivered to them in relatively quick time.
